Expertise

Bryony is a Managing Associate in the firm's English Real Estate team, based in Edinburgh. Bryony is dual qualified and is admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland and England and Wales.

She has experience acting on a wide range of property transactions for various clients including developers and landlords/tenants, particularly in the hotel and leisure and retail sectors. She also has particular experience acting for operators negotiating new agreements with landowners under the Electronic Communications Code.

Recently she completed an internal secondment to the firm's Innovation and Legal Technology Team which saw her working on the delivery of new technology for the Real Estate division and assisting with document automation on large scale client projects. She continues to be a point of contact for technology innovation in the Scottish offices.

• negotiating over 100 Electronic Communication Code agreements on behalf of a large telecoms operator
• acting for landlords and tenants in respect of all lease management including 1954 Act lease renewals
