Expertise
Romain is an Associate in our Investment Funds team.
He acts for a broad range of clients, including fund managers and investors, on fund structuring (both regulated and unregulated), operation and investment across various sectors such as private equity, real estate, debt and related strategies.
He also supports the team in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, as well as conducting legal and regulatory research on fund-related matters.
Prior to joining AG Luxembourg in 2025, Romain gained valuable experience at another Luxembourg-based international law firm, where he advised clients on the establishment of AIFs and UCITS.
