Megan Goodman is an Associate within the Commercial Disputes team in London. Megan has a range of commercial dispute resolution experience with a particular focus on product litigation.  

Megan's recent experience includes: 

• acting for GlaxoSmithKline in defence of a large group action in relation to its antidepressant drug, Seroxat (selected as one of The Lawyer's Top 20 Cases of 2019) 
• advising giants in the Food & Drink sector in relation to product safety issues with leading brands   
• acting for a FTSE 100 global pharmaceutical company in defence of a vaccine damage group action 
• advising an importer in relation to its obligations under the EU regulations on cosmetic products 
• advising a distributor in the Automotive sector as to its obligations in relation to safety and recall 
• acting for a regulated FTSE 100 company in relation to a HMRC investigation, involving foreign jurisdictions and alleged money laundering
