Katarzyna is a lawyer with over 6 years of experience in legal advisory. She specialises in the civil and administrative law aspects of real estate transactions. Her experience includes participating in thorough legal due diligence projects related to office buildings, warehouses, and retail properties. She has expertise regarding insurance policies within real estate transactions. She is skilled in drafting contracts, particularly real estate sale agreements and lease agreements, along with other transaction documents. 

Work highlights*

• Prologis: advising on the acquisition of a logistics park in Grodzisk covering nearly 70,000 sqm.
• Stena Real Estate: advising on the €86m acquisition of the Studio B office building in Warsaw from Skanska.
• Hillwood Polska: advising on the acquisition of a logistics park in Gdańsk from funds managed by Blackstone. The logistics park comprises two warehouse buildings, covering nearly 43,000 sqm.
• NEPI Rockcastle: advising on the €405m acquisition of Silesia City Center in Katowice. This acquisition represents one of the largest shopping centre transactions in Central and Eastern Europe in recent years.
• Nrep: advising on the acquisition of an 80% stake in 7R, one of Poland’s largest logistics developers. Nrep invested approximately €200m into the company.
