George joined the Finance team in March 2025 as a trainee and qualified into the team as an associate in September 2025. Prior to that, George was a senior paralegal in the Finance team. George has five years of experience working on Finance matters. He advises borrowers and lenders on corporate and real estate financing transactions and has particular experience in advising borrower clients in the real estate sector.
George’s recent experience includes:
- advising The Peel Group on various financing arrangements
- advising a leading UK asset and property management company on their c. £500m investment and development facilities
- advising a leading UK infrastructure services provider operating in the water, energy, transport and telecommunications sectors on a c.£57 uplift to their finance facilities
- advising Tata Chemicals Europe Limited on its £50m term facility with Bank of America
- advising Speedy Hire on c. £225m refinance
