Gabriela is an Associate in Addleshaw Goddard’s commercial litigation team.
Gabriela joined the team in 2025 after completing her training at Addleshaw Goddard. Prior to this, she worked for a non-profit organisation, where she was accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice to advise victims of crime throughout immigration proceedings and criminal investigations.
Gabriela is well versed in U.S. immigration law, including removal defense, historical convictions and securing humanitarian relief.
Currently, she is a member of the team of lawyers instructed by the UK Government’s Department for Business and Trade, working on the delivery of various compensation schemes.
