Candela Escribano is a counsel in the Real Estate team of AG's Madrid office.
A lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, Candela specialises in all aspects of real estate law, including: property transactions, financing, asset management, promotion, restructuring, corporate real estate and construction. Acting for investment funds, banks, promoters, family offices and private equity entities, she is involved in a wide variety of developments, including offices, shopping centres and commercial parks, residential and industrial property, hotels and holiday resorts, and student accommodation.
Some of the clients she has advised include, among others, Generali Real Estate, McDonald’s, Leroy Merlin, Carrefour, SCC-LSGI, MAPFRE, EDP and several Spanish family offices.
