Expertise
Harrison is a Counsel in our Investment Funds team, specialising in the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg alternative investment funds (both regulated and unregulated) with private equity, real estate, debt and related strategies.
In addition, Harrison brings buy-side expertise, regularly advising institutional, professional, and sovereign investors on fund reviews. He has also developed a strong focus on pension fund-related matters.
As the firm’s in-house expert on European Long-Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs), Harrison represents the firm in the ALFI ELTIF working group, providing thought leadership in this area. He is also an active member of other ALFI working groups dedicated to venture capital and real estate.
Harrison is a fully qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 2019.
