He advises clients such as banks, retailers, and technology firms on the drafting and negotiation of agreements for complex technology projects and service arrangements. His practice is primarily focused on the FinTech, payments and digital asset sectors.
Martin is qualified in Australia (New South Wales). Before joining Addleshaw Goddard in May 2026, Martin was a senior associate at a leading firm in Sydney, Australia.

- Advising on payment solutions, including card issuing, incentive, co-branding, merchant acquiring, account-to-account, and payment processing arrangements for banks, retailers, and payment service providers.*
- Advising on technology implementations, including the design, build and operation of digital infrastructure projects (including instant payment and settlement infrastructure) and core system replacements.*
- Advising on complex procurement and outsourcing arrangements.*
- Advising on standard end-customer terms, user journeys and data commercialisation activities for new digital banking platforms and digital-led banking products and services.*
- Advising on referral and partnership arrangements involving major banking and technology companies, including complex data sharing arrangements.*
- Advising on contract playbook, uplift, and internal governance programs to address risk management, information security, business continuity and data retention issues.*
