• Acting for major hotel and aparthotel chains on new site acquisitions subject to planning and licensing requirements, redevelopment of existing assets, and advising on turn-key hotel development agreements;
• Advising PLC hotel and hospitality chain on portfolio restaurant disposals as going concerns;
• Acting for private commercial development companies on conditional acquisitions, sub-sales, disposals, pre-lets and development funding arrangements;
• Dealing with acquisitions and all portfolio management matters for the Revel Collective PLC (formerly Revolution Bars Group PLC) including acting on the real estate elements of its Peach Pub Company acquisition;
• Advising Mercedes-Benz group on all aspects of its property portfolio, including acquisitions and disposals, development of new dealerships and real estate asset management matters.
