Reda focuses his practice on commercial disputes, white-collar crime, and sports law.

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Reda worked as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Sports and the Olympic Games, where handled high-stakes European and International legal matters. He also gained substantial expertise in Anglo-Saxon law firms and international French CAC 40 companies.

Experience
  • Assisting a professional Ligue 2 soccer club in implementing internal procedures and support mechanisms relating to integrity issues in sport, particularly in their relations with sports agents and with regard to the criminal risks involved.
  • Assisting a leading sports federation with a compliance assignment, including reviewing and updating its statutes and internal regulations.
  • Representation and advice to a leading international franchisor in a franchise dispute.
  • Assistance to an individual in extradition proceedings initiated based on alleged corruption and money laundering.
