Olivia is a Managing Associate in the Employment & Immigration Group and is based in our Leeds office.

Olivia has advised a number of clients in the food and drink sector on the full range of employment matters, including complex Tribunal claims, change projects (redundancies, restructures and TUPE matters) and wholesale reviews of key employment documentation. Olivia is the lead contact for immigration matters in the Firm's Leeds office and frequently supports clients on employment and immigration matters with a cross-jurisdictional aspect.

Olivia's recent, relevant experience includes:

• Advising a London restaurant group on a suite of immigration matters to support the group's expanding portfolio of restaurants;
• Advising an international food business on a large, cross-jurisdictional out-sourcing exercise, which involved advice on TUPE and employment aspects and necessitated co-ordinating expertise from legal counsel in four other jurisdictions; and

Advising an international food business on a wholesale review of their core employment contracts for senior management, management and the wider workforce
