Clannad is an Associate in the Finance team, advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on a broad range of financing transactions.
She has experience across leveraged finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending with both domestic and international elements.
Clannad has advised on a number of significant financing transactions, including financing arrangements in connection with JD Sports Fashion plc’s £1 billion facility and a proposed £1 billion financing for a major UK housebuilder. Clannad also spent 6 months on secondment at JD Sports Fashion plc.

- Advising a leading housebuilder on its £65 million super senior facility.
- Advising a major bank on a cross-border £57 million development facility (with a Liechtenstein element) to support the development of new infrastructure.
- Advising an international agricultural group on their £20 million revolving credit facility – covering the USA and Ireland.
- Advising a major bank on a £150 million investment grade revolving credit facility for an entertainment company.
- Advising a distribution company on their £150 million financing involving 28 subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advising a major bank on a £48 million senior facility agreement for a large chain of care homes.
- Advising a major law firm group on their £91 million refinancing.
