Danielle is an Associate in the London Real Estate team and joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2024. She qualified in 2022 and has advised on a broad range of real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions acting for both buy and sell side, asset management work across retail and office spaces, acting for a number of institutional landlords, pension funds as well as a number of high street brands, corporate support and refinancing transactions.

Experience

Assisted with the disposal of 50% stake in Meadowhall by British Land to Norges.
Acting for a global energy company in their roll out EV charges across retail stores throughout the UK – This project involved various asset structures and liaising with superior landlords, tenants and project build teams to ensure the necessary leases, licences to occupy, licences to alter, licences to underlet and substation leases were in place across the portfolio.
Acted on a GBP 13.5 million purchase of two freehold sites, which included raising finance, and the subsequent subleases for the properties to be used as Volvo garages.
Acted on the refinancing of a luxury hotel to fund redevelopment of part of the estate into a private member’s golf club and hospitality facility.
Acted on a GBP 24 million purchase of a freehold multi let office block in the centre of Birmingham for an investment fund.
Advised a private hospital in London on subletting premises to other healthcare practices
Regularly advise landlords on asset management granting retail leases to many high street brands, including Sephora, Mountain Warehouse, TUI, Flying Tiger and PopMart.
Acting for a multinational consumer healthcare company in taking a new lease in central London to accommodate their head offices.
