- Assisted in advising Alamar Food Company, a Carlyle investment, on their day-to-day business activities including board of directors meetings, general assemblies, review of commercial agreements, advising on employment matters in KSA, and completed a part-time secondment with the company.
- Advised on foreign investment and establishment of subsidiaries and regional headquarters in KSA.
- Assisted in advising a real estate financing company on its initial public offering.
