• Advising a consortium of Being Development and Timeless Investments on the transformation of the VDMA site in the heart of Eindhoven. The mixed-use redevelopment comprises approximately 105,000 sq m of office, residential, hospitality, cultural and public space, together with parking facilities and a 4,000 sq m urban forest. Designed by OMA, the project will reconnect a former industrial site with surrounding neighborhoods and will deliver around 700 new homes. 
• Advising Being and CommonWealth Investments on the sale of the landmark Binnenwegplein retail complex in Rotterdam, prominently located between the Lijnbaan and Koopgoot shopping districts, to the Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep. The transaction involved approximately 6,300 m² of prime city-centre retail space and was reported as one of the largest standalone retail investment transactions in the Dutch market.
• Representing one of the larger housing associations of Amsterdam in follow-on proceedings arising from the landmark Dutch Supreme Court judgment of 29 November 2024 (ECLI:NL:HR:2024:1780) concerning the validity of residential rent increase clauses under EU consumer protection law. The case concerns contractual provisions that have been widely used across the Dutch housing market, with potential implications for contracts representing an aggregate economic value estimated to exceed €80 billion. Following the referral of preliminary questions to the Court of Justice of the European Union, the matter has attracted significant media attention. The Amsterdam real estate team of Addleshaw Goddard is working closely with the Supreme Court and EU law specialists of NautaDutilh on this matter. Representing landlord Commerz Real on the redevelopment of office tower 2Amsterdam on the Zuidas in Amsterdam (20,000 m2). Advising and negotiating lease agreements (with parties such as Norton Rose, Mapletree, and Equiom) and the parking management agreement. The total transaction value is approximately 15–25 million euros
• Representing the landlord in a well-known tenancy law case in the Netherlands: Singh/Centre Hotel. The case involves a rent adjustment for a hotel and the termination of the lease on the grounds of urgent own use. This case has resulted in influential precedents from the Dutch Supreme Court, including the Centre Hotel I judgment (ECLI:NL:HR:2015:823) and the Centre Hotel III judgment (ECLI:NL:HR:2022:494)
