Abi’s recent experience includes:

Advising on the launch of payment services and e-money products and services, including on Consumer Duty considerations and regulatory perimeter issues.
Leading on preparing complex authorisation applications for payment institutions and electronic money institutions, including drafting regulatory business plans, safeguarding policies, and AML policies.
Drafting framework contracts, including merchant services agreements and terms and conditions, for a number of payment service providers.
