Addleshaw Goddard advises SwitchUp on its first lease agreement in Poland

Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised SwitchUp, a leading provider of flexible office solutions, on its first lease agreement in Poland.

SwitchUp has entered into a lease for 2,040 sqm of office space on the 3rd and 5th floors of AFI Office House, a prestigious nine-storey building at 10 Wronia Street in Warsaw. Renowned for its innovative design and award nominations, AFI Office House accommodates a diverse range of international tenants and forms part of the Towarowa 22 project, developed by AFI, Echo Investment, and Archicom Collection.

The AG team was led by Zuzanna Lipska (managing associate), supported by Agnieszka Myszor (associate) from the real estate practice.
