Addleshaw Goddard hires new Projects Partner as it targets international growth
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has announced the recruitment of specialist infrastructure lawyer Laura Coates, as a Partner in its Infrastructure, Projects and Energy team in London.
Laura, a transactional projects lawyer with over a decade of experience working on PPP/PFI infrastructure projects in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East, joins AG from Clyde & Co where she set up the firm’s Global PPP Group
She is a trusted adviser to a range of infrastructure funds, investors, service providers, lenders, and contractors across a mix of social and transport infrastructure projects, including healthcare, education, housing and roads.
Laura, a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 and a Band 2 Ranked Lawyer in Chambers UK, has expertise advising on operational projects, in particular complex contract variations, alongside providing strategic advice on dispute avoidance/resolution. Laura brings a small team with her, including Legal Director, Ana Bonnington.
