Addleshaw Goddard advises Strata FSC on investment from Growth Capital Partners

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised the founders of Strata FSC, a specialist financial services consulting firm, on an investment from Growth Capital Partners (GCP). 

Strata is focused on Aladdin implementation and data transformation services for asset managers, asset owners and servicers undergoing complex system and data change programmes. Founded in 2019 and with offices in London, Edinburgh, Singapore and New York, Strata is a global BlackRock Aladdin partner and is now positioned to scale as demand for Aladdin expertise and data integration accelerates globally.

The partnership with GCP will support Strata’s next phase of growth by continuing its excellent growth both in the UK and expanding internationally, with further investment in Strata talent and partners.
