Addleshaw Goddard advises Niam on the sale of two buildings in the High5ive office complex in Kraków to Stena Real Estate AB
Addleshaw Goddard has advised Niam, a leading real asset manager in Northern Europe, on the sale of two buildings in the High5ive office complex in Kraków to Stena Real Estate AB, part of the Stena Sphere, one of Sweden’s largest family-owned business groups.
The sold properties – High5ive buildings “1” and “2” – are centrally located near Kraków Główny railway station and the Main Market Square. They provide a total of 23,600 sqm of gross leasable area and are fully leased to tenants such as Hitachi Energy, PwC, Business Link, Kaseya, and Shoper. The buildings are LEED Platinum certified, reflecting their sustainability.
The transaction was led by Adriana Andrzejewska (counsel), supported by Ewa Sinkiewicz (managing associate), Bartosz Boenigk (senior associate), and Aleksandra Stanulewicz (associate) from the real estate practice. Maciej Chęciński (managing associate) from the banking and finance practice advised on the financing aspects of the sale.
