Addleshaw Goddard advises Iroko Iberia on the acquisition of a strategic logistics asset in Zaragoza
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Iroko Iberia on the acquisition of a 48,000 sqm logistics platform in Villanueva de Gállego (Zaragoza), for approximately €30.6 million.
The platform is located in one of the main logistics hubs in northeastern Spain, within the Madrid-Barcelona corridor and has excellent connections to the A-2 and A-23 highways. Featuring 33 loading docks, 11 metres of clear height and a BREEAM Very Good certification, it houses the corporate headquarters and main logistics centre of ADI Hogar, a leading player in the wholesale market for home and hospitality equipment.
Recently, Addleshaw Goddard has also advised Iroko Zen on the acquisition of the Parque Guadaíra retail space in Seville, previously owned by Principal.
The Addleshaw Goddard team advising Iroko Iberia was led by Real Estate partner José Antonio Calleja, together with senior associate Pilar Lorenzo.
