Addleshaw Goddard has advised Inbest GPF REIT ("Inbest GPF") on the lease transaction of the building located at 2, Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid to ING.

The property comprises over 1,800 square meters distributed across three floors and is located in one of the capital’s prime locations. It is currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment by the REIT and will become ING’s new flagship branch from summer of 2026.
