Addleshaw Goddard advises Buenavista Equity Partners and the shareholders on the sale of Aviaction

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard advised Buenavista Equity Partners and the other shareholders on the sale of 100% of Aviaction S.L. to Artá Capital. Aviaction S.L. is the holding company of the Aviaction Group, a leading provider in Spain of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services (MRO).

Buenavista Equity Partners’ involvement with Aviaction dates back to 2019, when it acquired AIRE, a company specialised in commercial aircraft interior maintenance, and initiated a buy-and-build strategy that led to the integration of Air Clean Textil and Servitec. With the acquisition of Servitec, Aviaction significantly broadened its capabilities to provide line maintenance services for aircraft.

Addleshaw Goddard previously advised Buenavista Equity Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in the company in 2019, as well as on several subsequent add-on transactions.
