Addleshaw Goddard advises Arada UK Holdings on landmark Thameside West stake acquisition in £2.5bn regeneration scheme

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Arada UK Holdings Limited on acquiring a significant stake in London developer Keystone Silvertown Limited, the company behind one of the capital’s most ambitious regeneration projects: Thameside West.

With an estimated  gross development value of £2.5 billion, this transaction marks a pivotal milestone for the 47-acre Thameside West site, which boasts one of London’s largest undeveloped riverfronts, directly opposite the O2 Arena. The scheme is set to transform the Royal Docks into a vibrant new district, delivering thousands of homes and vital infrastructure.
