Addleshaw Goddard advises Alpha FMC on acquisition of Auxo Solutions

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, a leading global provider of specialist consulting services to the financial services industry, on its acquisition of Auxo Solutions, a US based leading technology engineering company specialising in modern enterprise solutions, cloud, data and AI for the financial services industry.

The AG team, led by Corporate partner Adam Hastings with support from Frances Scarisbrick and Sophie Ovenden, acted as lead transaction counsel to Alpha FMC on the transaction.
