Addleshaw Goddard advises on €90 million franchise deal in Ireland

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised shareholders of Shorecal Limited, the largest Domino's franchise business in Ireland, on its sale to Domino's Pizza Group (DPG).

The transaction sees DPG acquire the 85% shareholding it does not already own in Shorecal from Charles Caldwell, Adrian Caldwell, and SC Holdings I Ltd, an investment vehicle owned by the Bronfman Family Office LLC for €72m, as well as repaying outstanding debt at the business of €19.9m. Shorecal operates 34 of Domino’s 99 stores across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The transaction is subject to competition approval in Ireland.
