With effect from today, Monday 6 December 2021, Eugene F Collins is authorised by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority to operate as a limited liability partnership (“LLP”) under the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015.

The firm will be known and operate as Eugene F Collins LLP.

The move to LLP will not have any impact on the services we deliver to our clients. In addition, we will continue to maintain appropriate levels of professional indemnity insurance for our protection and for the benefit of our clients.
