Addleshaw Goddard has advised in connection with Cubitt Trade Holdings' £80m recommended takeover offer for Main Market listed HWSI Realisation Fund Limited.

The AG team, which was led by Simon Wood and also included Giles Distin and Chris Benjamin, advised finnCap in its role as financial adviser to Cubitt.
