Addleshaw Goddard has announced that it is set to relocate its Manchester office to the landmark building One St Peter's Square in February 2017.

 

The firm, which has been based in Barbirolli Square for the past 18 years, will take 56,000 sq ft, equating to two-and-a-half floors of the 13-storey building, on a 20 year lease.

The move will provide a modern open-plan and collaborative working environment for staff, an impressive visitor experience for clients, alongside a range of restaurant facilities including Fumo.

The largest new business development in Manchester, One St Peter's Square has been developed by Elisabeth House, General Partner Limited, a joint venture between the Greater Manchester Pension Fund and Argent. It sits centrally in the newly transformed business district of the city and will provide AG with innovative, flexible floor space and room for future growth.
