On 15 December 2016 the PPF published its 2017/18 Levy Determination.

Although the Levy Determination is technically provisional, the PPF has explained that this is solely to enable it to make changes to the levy rules for schemes without a substantive employer, and that it is its "firm intention" not to make other changes.

On 20 February 2017 the PPF published a consultation document on the levy rules for schemes without a substantive employer.  

The deadline for comments on the consultation document is 5pm on 6 March 2017.
