We are pleased to invite you to the latest instalment of our popular "Up to Speed" programme in Scotland.

The programme provides free training on key aspects of M&A transactions, with a focus on the real issues you will encounter and the current market practices we're seeing.

The sessions are for junior and mid-level advisors, investment managers, bankers and inhouse lawyers who want to better understand M&A transactions. They will also be useful for those with more experience who want to bring their understanding of corporate deals up to date.

The programme will involve five sessions, all run by experienced Addleshaw Goddard lawyers and covering the below topics.

We are hosting these events across our Scottish offices both online and in-person. The schedule is outlined below.
