From delays to defects and damages, this seminar will provide actionable insights to help you stay ahead and protect your bottom line.

We invite you to join us for an upcoming seminar focused on managing risk in data centre projects. This session will examine some of the most common and costly pitfalls that can arise, and offer practical guidance on how to avoid them.

Drawing on industry experience, our speakers will explore key risk areas such as project delays, design and construction issues, and operational exposures. The session will offer insights relevant to all project stages, with a focus on protecting commercial outcomes and minimising disruption.

This will also be an opportunity to connect with peers facing similar challenges, and to take away actionable strategies that support more informed, confident decision-making in your data centre projects.
