With Cybersecurity risks being a current hot topic for businesses across all sectors, this timely session will focus on the following key themes:

  • The current threat landscape and what that means in practice for businesses
  • Exposure, liability, and litigation trends and hotspots
  • Regulatory changes, including UK NIS regime and the UK Government's pending Ransomware proposals
  • How to prepare for and deal with Cyber attacks, ransomeware and data breaches

The session will be hosted by our head of data Helena Brown, and led by James Moss, Director of Cyber Investigations and James Hyde, Cyber and Tech Disputes Partner. Together they lead Addleshaw Goddard's Cyber Group and bring together a wealth of experience in this critical area.
