Khoti joined the Infrastructure, Projects and Energy Team as an Associate (New Zealand qualified) in October 2024.  Prior to that, Khoti was a Senior Solicitor with one of New Zealand's leading corporate/commercial law firms, during which time she was involved in a range of large-scale infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. In addition, Khoti has significant litigation and regulatory (largely in the health and safety space) experience in the New Zealand jurisdiction 

Advising New Zealand government department on large-scale water reforms (intended to improve the regulation of, and supply arrangements in relation to, drinking water, wastewater and stormwater across New Zealand).  

Advising Head Contractor in relation to public-private partnership motorway project, including dispute resolution processes following breakdown of relationships between major parties and subsequent restructuring of key contractual arrangements. Subsequently seconded as commercial manager to client company.

Advising New Zealand government department on Light Rail project (which aimed to improve mass transit systems, as well as develop and construct urban regeneration along the rail route).
