She advises clients on bank financing and acquisition deals, both in France and internationally and supports their activities on the capital markets.
- Experience
- Advised a West African country on the national operationalisation of its carbon credit legal framework, including the development and implementation of procedures under Article 6.2 and Article 6.4 of the Paris Agreement, as well as the Voluntary Carbon Market.
- Advised a West African country in the negotiation of a Mitigation Outcome Purchase Agreement (MOPA) within the framework of Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement, supporting the country’s climate finance objectives.
- Provided advice on regulatory issues and legal documentation for structured finance and derivatives transactions, with particular expertise in ISDA and FBF documentation.
- Advise borrowers and banks on corporate finance and acquisition finance transactions, including the structuring of syndicated financing arrangements.
