Erica is an Associate within the Real Estate group. Erica has experience in commercial property matters, advising high-profile real estate funds, retailers, and other organisations across various sectors on the management of their property portfolios in Ireland. She works on acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing—particularly within the retail sector—and the property aspects of corporate transactions. Erica also has experience with residential conveyancing and landlord and tenant matters. Additionally, she has worked on option agreements for renewable energy projects and has experience advising energy clients on their property-related matters in Ireland. Her work spans both large-scale projects and smaller transactions, giving her a well-rounded experience in the real estate sector.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Erica worked in the RegTech industry, where she collaborated closely with global financial services institutions and leading regulatory bodies. In this role, she contributed to the development of bespoke technology solutions that helped Tier 1 financial institutions achieve better regulatory compliance outcomes.
