Jérémie Paubel has over 20 years of experience advising international companies and multinational groups on all aspects of employment law. His practice covers a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in the financial services and pharmaceutical sectors, and a strong track record in supporting clients on complex European and global projects.
He has developed recognized expertise in both day-to-day employment matters and high-stakes strategic issues, with a particular focus on reorganizations and collective redundancies. He is also highly regarded for his work on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
In addition to his client work, Jérémie is actively involved in the legal community through teaching and speaking engagements. He is a member of the scientific committee of the Planète Social think tank, a forum dedicated to reflection and analysis in employment law, bringing together academics, HR directors, and legal practitioners.
