• acted for a UK based lender who provided acquisition financing for the secondary leveraged buyout of a water supply company by an infrastructure focused private equity sponsor. This transaction was one of the largest deployments by the lender’s financial sponsors team. 
• acted for a club of major UK clearing banks who provided acquisition financing for the secondary leveraged buyout of an underwater technology company by a large US based private equity sponsor. 
• acted for a club of major UK clearing banks and a private credit fund in connection with the distressed restructuring of a large recruitment business which involved the merging of two private equity sponsor’s portfolio companies. 
• acted for a club of major UK clearing banks and international investment banks in connection with general corporate lending to a global renewable energy company.
