I have over seven years of experience working in the area of finance which includes six years of experience as a structured finance and capital markets Solicitor. have had a focus on a wide range of debt finance work, including debt capital markets (public and private), securitisation, structured finance and secured lending. I regularly advise international based clients on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions including warehouse financing, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs and receivable securitisation transactions, bond issues, debt issuance programmes and various structured transactions

  • Residential Loan Portfolio– I have advised several Irish and international banks and private equity companies on the purchase, warehousing and securitisation of portfolios of Irish residential mortgages.
  • CMBS Transactions – I have advised large international banks (in their capacity as Arranger) and Issuers in respect of their roles in public CMBS transactions.
  • Receivable Securitisations – I have acted for several clients in relation to the establishment of private receivable financing programmes.
  • CLO Transactions – I have advised CLO Issuers and Retention Holders/Originators in respect of their roles in public CLO transactions from the warehouse financing phase right through to the completion of the CLO transaction.
  • Retention Financing – I have acted for several asset managers in the establishment of Irish origination vehicles who then acted as originator and retention holder on several CLO transactions.
