Hana is an Associate in our Investment Management Group. Hana's core practice areas revolve around corporate wrapped acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures in the private equity and real estate sector and has experience dealing with investment funds (UCITS), financial and investment services, and real estate funding and investment management.
Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, she completed her training contract at PGIM Investments, Dechert LLP, and PGIM Real Estate, based in London.
