Expertise

As an Associate in the Real Estate Finance team Daisy has worked on both lender and borrower side transactions advising in relation to both investment and development facilities. She has worked on transactions in a diverse range of sectors including student accommodation, retail and development. By doing so she has been able to understand the underlying real estate market and how this translates into drafting and negotiating the documents required on a finance transaction.

Experience

Transactional real estate finance experience (6 months, first seat trainee).
Management experience (1 year, assistant team leader) - involved in the day to day running of a team of paralegals to ensure they were operating efficiently, identifying gaps in knowledge and ensuring relevant training was provided. Development of management and leadership skills as a line manager of a group of paralegals.
Paralegal experience (2 years, paralegal and senior paralegal) - experience primarily in real estate finance and leveraged finance. She also has some experience within the Infrastructure Projects & Energy team and the Restructuring team.
