Chris specialises in non-contentious commercial contracts, outsourcing agreements and technology projects.  He has significant experience advising clients in both the public (including central government and health) and private (including real estate, retail and financial services) sectors.

• Advising a local NHS hospital Trust on its procurement of a new cloud-based data platform under the CCS G-Cloud 12 Framework Agreement.
• Advising a UK-based private hospital group as part of its procurement and implementation of a pre-operative patient admission and management SaaS solution. 
• Acting for a UK infrastructure fund in relation to the outsourcing of its in-house financial function to PwC.
• Advising a property development and investment company in relation to its procurement of a systems integrator in relation to a new main ERP finance system.
• Supporting a local building society in relation to the material outsourcing of its on-prem telephony system to a cloud-based model.
