Colin Kennedy is a managing associate in Addleshaw Goddard’s finance group, where his practice focuses on funds finance and financial institutions lending. He has significant experience representing domestic and international financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting leverage and liquidity credit facilities to multi-jurisdictional fund vehicles, including private equity, debt, credit, energy, real estate and infrastructure funds.
