Ava is an Associate in our Finance & Projects Group specialising in social housing finance and real estate finance. Ava acts for lenders dealing with the property aspects of charging large portfolios of properties, including negotiating certificates of title and other due diligence.
Ava previously worked in both high street and international law firms in the real estate department. During this time Ava acted on commercial real estate transactions including sales, purchases and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants. Ava also has experience dealing with a variety of residential property transactions including buy to let portfolios, HMO properties and lease extensions.
