Hannah is an Associate in the Finance and Projects Division, specialising in Real Estate Finance. 

Hannah advises lenders on the Property aspects of finance transactions, whether this be conducting the property due diligence or reviewing the due diligence provided by the Borrower's solicitor. She assists on a wide range of transactions, supporting the Partners and Associates throughout the team.

Recent experience includes:

• Reviewing and reporting on Agreements for Lease and Leases
• Carrying out the property due diligence and preparing bank standard reports in relation to the funding for a property site 
• Reviewing and negotiating certificates on title and advising the lender on the refinance of a portfolio of properties including a mix of commercial and residential lettings
