Tom is Co-Head of the Client Projects team within Addleshaw Goddard's Innovation Group, focusing on the practical implementation of technology, data, and process to deliver projects for clients. He scopes and develops bespoke solutions to manage new processes or enhance existing workstreams through document automation, data analysis, reporting, and AI.
Tom has particular experience in high-value transactions and integrations, having led some of the team's most complex technology-enabled projects. This includes building end-to-end platforms for PE disposals, designing project management platforms for banking integrations with real-time dashboards and automated reporting, and leading repapering exercises using AI, structured data, and automation.
More recently, Tom has been instrumental in integrating GenAI into legal workflows, configuring AI-assisted due diligence across exercises including Part VII banking business transfers, delivering time savings of up to 90%.
