She has acted for leading developers, institutional landowners, and public bodies on strategically significant transactions.

• Advised on complex infrastructure and commercial lease arrangements, including renewal leases, wayleave agreements and overage deeds for nationally significant development portfolios, including work for the largest commercial property development and investment company in the UK.
• Drafted and negotiated a wide range of property documents, including leases, licences to assign, licences to underlet, deeds of variation, and certificates of title for major institutional clients.
• Conducted detailed title due diligence, CPSE review on acquisitions and disposals involving development land, commercial assets and investment portfolios.
• Worked alongside corporate teams to advise on the real estate aspects of SPAs, including analysis of property warranties, indemnities, and supporting disclosure documentation for one of the UK’s largest city centre regeneration schemes.
