Expertise

Nadine is an associate with 4 years' PQE in the Leeds Construction and Engineering team.

After training with Eversheds Sutherland, Nadine qualified early into the Construction and Engineering team. Following some post-qualification experience, she advised as in-house construction solicitor for a social housing provider of over 40,000 residential units before joining the team at Addleshaw Goddard.

Nadine specialises in all aspects of non-contentious construction and engineering work. Her experience includes advising on and negotiating construction contracts for multiple procurement methods, including ancillary documents such as consultant appointments, warranties and bonds/guarantees, being particularly familiar with the JCT and NEC suite. She has acted for employers, developers, tenants, contractors and publicly funded bodies, including those subject to grant funding obligations.

Aided by her experience in-house, Nadine takes pride in providing robust legal advice that is grounded in an appreciation of commercial reality.
