• Advising the funders on a series of structured ground rent transactions involving several asset classes 
• Advising Fintech SME Lender iwoca on various of its funding facilities including classic private securitisations, a structured asset backed loan and a bespoke double fund structure involving a Luxembourg AIF 
• Advising Lloyds Bank plc as funder in respect of a private warehouse facility to a personal loans originator 
• Advising a global investment fund as lender on a facility to a UK law firm for the purpose of funding certain litigations 
• Advising a UK challenger bank on the establishment of a forward flow documentary framework (which was later rolled out to a number of mortgage loan originators) as well as the structuring and set up of their own mortgage loan origination platform
