Olga's experience comprises a broad range of structured finance transactions including private warehouse financings, public bond issuances, forward flows, whole business securitisations, general infrastructure finance (including ports, airports, gas, electricity, roads, solar plants, water companies and rail), the issuance of US and European private placement notes and hedging transactions. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard Olga spent 2 years of her career (January 2020 – January 2022) as part of the debt structuring team at fintech SME Lender iwoca where she gained valuable insights into the structuring and business side of SME loan refinancings.  

Experience

Olga's experience includes:

  • Advising the funders on a series of structured ground rent transactions involving several asset classes 
  • Advising Fintech SME Lender iwoca on various of its funding facilities including classic private securitisations, a structured asset backed loan and a bespoke double fund structure involving a Luxembourg AIF 
  • Advising Lloyds Bank plc as funder in respect of a private warehouse facility to a personal loans originator 
  • Advising a global investment fund as lender on a facility to a UK law firm for the purpose of funding certain litigations 
  • Advising a UK challenger bank on the establishment of a forward flow documentary framework (which was later rolled out to a number of mortgage loan originators) as well as the structuring and set up of their own mortgage loan origination platform.
