Olga's experience comprises a broad range of structured finance transactions including private warehouse financings, public bond issuances, forward flows, whole business securitisations, general infrastructure finance (including ports, airports, gas, electricity, roads, solar plants, water companies and rail), the issuance of US and European private placement notes and hedging transactions. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard Olga spent 2 years of her career (January 2020 – January 2022) as part of the debt structuring team at fintech SME Lender iwoca where she gained valuable insights into the structuring and business side of SME loan refinancings.  

Experience

Olga's experience includes:

- during her time at iwoca:

  • structuring and leading on the execution of the set-up of a multi-asset-trust based financing structure which enabled the company to originate CBILS and RLS loans and thereby ultimately survive the Covid pandemic
  • structuring and leading on the execution of refinancings and restructurings of the company's various existing financing structures including a private warehouse facility, a private placement programme, a forward flow and a double-Lux-fund securitisation structure

- during her time in private practice:

  • advising a large UK clearing bank on the private warehouse securitisation of bespoke mixed product mortgage loans
  • advising Lowell on the amendment and refinancing of its private NPL securitisation
  • advising Barclays, HSBC and Lloyds as arrangers on the refinancing of the M25 Road Widening Project (public capital markets transaction; availability based)
